Joyce, Woolf and urban characters
Have come across an interesting article in the Blackwell City Reader by Jeri Johnson that discusses the readings of character and city in the work of Joyce and Woolf. It is partially available online through Google Books (http://tiny.cc/QYdKG), but there is also a copy in the library, call number 307.76/BRI.
